How to make money with clubs

Buy a bunch of painting easels. Create a club of people that just want to paint, paint, paint.

Start the club gather at least once per day and just keep the people fed every now and then - when they finish a painting, immediately sell it to the Art Gallery so they can start a new one.

Everyone will gain painting skills and get better and better and their paintings will be worth more and more... you will make money faster and can expand the club and buy more easels.

My sim started this in a small cheap apartment and within a few days, moved to a house, then to a larger house - and with the club perks, she was able to buy creative moods and such to help even more.

Everyone wins!

Wedding Venue for Sims 3 - Wedding Place Lot CREATED BY TugmeL

I downloaded this custom lot from The Sims Resource of which i am a VIP member - LOL.. #SIMnerd and because my Sim (Natsuki) was not interested in getting married (she has commitment issues) I concentrated on her step-sister (Selah)'s wedding to her high school sweetheart (Jorge).

The Lot (Wedding Place)

It's really pretty. I love how the artist added the weeping willow trees - what a pretty visual background for the event. Since Sims don't actually "walk down the aisle" the seats are set aside just for looks but it is a nice effect. I went in and edited it to add a few items and changed the lot type to exclusive lounge so that anyone who came to it would be in formal attire and the grand piano i added would be played by a professional pianist.

The wedding arch and the parties leading up to the weddings are the best features in the Generations Expansion Pack, because of the way it gathers all surrounding Sims, gets them into their formal gear and groups them over to the arch. Holding bachelorette and bachelor parties are fun too.

I miss the old Sims 2 set up with the little cinematic flare and the possible (runaway bride/groom) it made it cuter - but this lot is really awesome. Good work: TugmeL You can get the lot here The Sims Resource

So this is Lisa Masters - totally rich sim lady who adopted a bunch of kids once she became an adult. Then I guess she realized she wasn't getting any younger and before elderhood set in, she married the butler and had a baby of her own. The wedding was held at the church and as you can see, some people showed up under-dressed for the occasion. #sims #sims3 #sims4 #simlife #weddings #howtosim

Okay, so sadly I didn't realize if my sim was too sleepy to swim, she would actually drown. My bad! She went skinny dipping with her lame boyfriend. I say LAME because she drowns while he is right there. SIMS.. sheesh.
